Tikanga - Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct forms part of the terms and conditions of membership with Te Hā - Human Movements. It is designed to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our facilities whilst maintaining the highest levels of health and safety for all users, visitors and employees. Failure to abide by this Code may result in the user being asked to leave Te Hā - Human Movement.


Our rules are for the safety and wellbeing of all our members, and our staff - which we take very seriously. Anyone who fails to comply with the rules will result in a verbal warning and/or removal from the gym. Continued abuse of the rules may result in suspension of membership.

Te Hā Facilities

Weight Room

The gym is fully equipped with both machines and free weights, giving the ability to offer a wide variety of programs and usage. Muscle development and muscle toning, resistance training are key components for core functional movement for all people.

Cardio Room

A great portion of our space is dedicated to cardio training with treadmills, rowers, cycles, running machines, separate circuit training area and stretching area. Te Hā has everything you need for your cardio workout.

Fitness Room

This is a great space to set up your own circuit either individually or with a group. This space is fitted with fitness poles and boxing equipment. Spacious and natural skylight.
